Hot Mess Bitch comes with Biscuit and Gravy, Eggs and Garlic Grits smothered in Cheese, Grilled Louisiana hot Link and Jalapenos. We ordered Hot Mess Bitch ($11.70) and Easy Bitch (8.45). I was told it will take about 15-20 min for the order to come out. The music was kind of loud, which can make it a bit harder to hear when they call out your name. You can also take them to go, but you have to wait outside until the order is ready. The décor was all fun and bit crazy.Īfter you put in an order, you have to either find a seat or go outside until a table become available. They had complimentary water, placed right by the register. A staff greeted me with casual “What’s up?” Really bubbly, informal, and friendly. When I finally got to the register, it was little less than one hour of wait in total. Again, not enough for their popularity and super high demand. They had a small room to the right, and larger space to the left. They had a fun STOP sign right there, asking customers to leave enough space between the register and the line, so that people and staff can walk around. Not to the ordering counter just yet, but it was a relief to see how close we are to ordering our food. For business hours, it had a posting that says “Bitch, when you open?” And for hiring status, it says “Bitches be hirin’!”Ībout 30 minutes later, we finally got to the entrance. They had some fun postings on their window, making us chuckle. They had a few outdoor seating, but not enough, obviously. It was a holiday, thinking that they won’t have much of a line… But I was so wrong! They had a long line of hungry customers! But here at Biscuit Bitch, they are all about “Trailer Park to Table: Southern Inspired Fixin’s and Kickass Espresso.” Intrigued? They have three locations in Seattle, and we visited one at Belltown. ![]() Coffee is known as Bitch Blend, roasted by Seattle’s 7 Roasters, and it is kick-ass good.Nowadays, “farm-to-table” is all the rage. Those in need of something sweet can order a Nutty Bitch made with Nutella, banana, and whipped cream, a Buttered Up Bitch (butter and jam or maple peanut butter) or, on occasion, a classic strawberry shortcake biscuit with whipped cream. The menu at Biscuit Bitch is strictly breakfast (it closes mid-afternoon). The sauce, a sort of tomato-pink aioli with eye-opening kick, is a great complement for biscuits that are dense and dry enough to demand some kind of lubricant – if not gravy, then Bitchy Sauce. Gravy frowners can order a Bitchwitch, which is the kitchen’s gloss on a breakfast sandwich: egg, cheese, a choice of sausage, Spam, or bacon, plus a measure of house made Bitchy Sauce. Fancier presentations include a Hot Mess Bitch, which includes eggs, garlic grits, cheese, a hot link, and jalapeno peppers a Smokin’ Hot Seattle Bitch, for which the biscuit is topped with a hot link, cream cheese, and grilled onion and a Cheesy Pork N’ Bitch featuring bacon and melted cheddar cheese. It is a poised kitchen masterpiece, perhaps best savored in the Straight-Up Bitch, which is simply a gravy-topped split biscuit. Vividly peppery and crowded with crumbled sausage, country sausage gravy is hardly trailer park cuisine. What to eat at Biscuit Bitch in Seattle, WA “It’s your choice, bitch!” the menu challenges in regards to a selection of gravies that include country sausage, vegetarian, and gluten-free shiitake mushroom. Given the name of the place and its motto, “Trailer Park to Table,” it isn’t hard to figure out that Biscuit Bitch cultivates attitude. ![]()
